Kevin Mitchell

Originally from Saskatchewan, Kevin is a Calgary based, award winning designer. With a visual mind, keen eye for colour, and a heart that beats for art, Kevin began his working life as a visual merchandiser for department stores. Seeing a broader vision for his talents, he returned to school to pursue an education in interior design—expanding his creative canvas from window displays to whole homes.

Over the past 15 years, he has worked on projects all over the world, with some of the most memorable brought to life in Palm Springs, Invermere, San Diego, Victoria and Tel Aviv. Kevin has been featured frequently in Western Living as an industry leader —including on the cover—and has taught at MRU. His greatest success, however, is in creating bespoke spaces that shine a spotlight on amazing style rather than the identity of the designer.
